"Sunglasses" Videoclip

Finally the video clip for LEG-NO & EMMA - Sunglasses feat. Tunde Olaniran is finished. It was worth waiting! Really nice pictures and a funny story about how much life is about image.

New Song Part 7

Oh yes. Just a couple of days to go and my first 12" is going to be released on ITD. I teamed up with Italian born Leg-No for this joint. It is going to be called LEG-NO & EMMA - Sunglasses EP.

Sunglasses features Tunde Olaniran and remixes were delivered by French Fries, Mowgli and Phon.o. I am going to introduce them to you in my blog in the next weeks if you don't know them yet.

The release date will be 16.07.2010 on vinyl and digital too!

New Song Part 6

I didn't want to leave you into 2010 without wishing you a pleasant turn of the year.

2009 was a great year for me as I played great festival and club shows, had some nice releases and met loads of nice people. I really dig traveling and hope I will be able to continue traveling with my music in 2010!

Fat and Ugly is a dj I met when I played at the Crooked party in Cologne. You probably know him already from his remixes, posted on lots of blogs. Now Fat and Ugly and me want you to have his remix of my song Couch Potato:

New Song Part 5

 Actually this time the name of the category is a bit misleading. It should be called old song. Cause I am about to present to you the first EMMA song ever (the pic is taken from the pics of my first live show ever). I had various recordings from different projects before, but this was the first track I filed under EMMA. The arrangement is very stripped down to drum, upright bass & one synth. I do like the vocals a lot, but be prepared for the slowest EMMA song ever. Feels like 40 bpm after listening to all these dance tracks.

This time the lovely guys from Pat Le Pirate (pictured) took the time to put their hands on my upcoming 7" single "EMMA NOT". They changed about everything and added lots of distortion, and created something completely new that will stick to your ear.

New Song Part 1

I wanted to let you know about one of my latest works.

Originally I produced a song called "Outdated" with Grappy, a friend of mine.

Lately I met Leg-No (have a look at the pic), a London based producer. I first listened to one of his remixes (I guess it was a remix of Spank Rock) at Sonet 77 played by Miss Blitz. I got into contact with Leg-No and he did a fantastic rework of "Outdated".
